Your privacy is promised: how each organisation stays in its own space

Gravity Labs runs many organisations on one platform. Here is how we keep their people, labs and results apart, end to end.

When you run labs for your people, you are trusting a platform with their names, their work and their results. That trust should not depend on fine print.

Gravity Labs is multi-tenant from the ground up. Many organisations use the same platform, and each one gets its own space.

Your space is yours

Each organisation has its own people, its own events and its own labs. Admins see only their organisation. Participants see only the events they are invited to. Results and scores stay inside the organisation that ran the event.

Who can join is your call

For every event you decide who can join: only people from your organisation’s domains, or anyone you invite, including personal email addresses. Participants with a work email land on their own organisation’s portal.

Lab environments are separate

Every participant gets their own lab environment, provisioned for the event and removed when it ends. One person’s lab is never another person’s lab.

Nothing you do not need

The readiness check needs no sign-in and stores nothing on our side. Its results stay on the device until the person chooses to share them. The Glam assistant on our website answers from our own pages and keeps the chat in your browser.

Your privacy is promised. It is designed into how the platform works, not added afterwards.

Start on your own, or let us show you around. Either way, people will be hands on in minutes.
