Two ways to help
Watch, or take the wheel.
Shadow
A live, read-only view of the participant’s screen. They keep working, you see exactly what they see.
- Perfect for assessments and quiet checks
- No control is shared
- Start and end with one click
Assist
Join the session with your own mouse and keyboard and guide the participant through the fix, together.
- Collaborative control, both cursors live
- Hand control back when you are done
- Every session recorded in history
Proctor and Mentor agents
Know who needs help before they ask.
The Proctor agent watches progress, idle time and failed checks across every lab and raises an alert. The Mentor agent offers hints and questions to get people moving, without giving the answer away.
- Alerts for stuck, idle and struggling participants
- Hints that teach rather than tell
- Humans always one click away

FAQ
Questions people ask
Does the participant know when I am shadowing?
Shadow is a read-only view and does not interrupt them. Assist shares control, so both cursors are visible on their screen.
Can I use this for exams?
Yes. Shadow lets you observe without interfering, and scoring checks the real environment, so results are evidence.
How many sessions can one proctor watch?
The console lists every live participant with alerts, so one proctor can look after a full room and jump into the sessions that need them.
